Giant tiger prawn or river prawn Straw mushroom-cut in halves Bird’s eye chili Kaffir leafs-rip out the stalk galangal-cut into round slices Lemongrass-Smashed and sliced Coriander 1 tsp chili paste 1 ลูก Lime ½ cup of coconut milk or evaporated milk ½ tbsp sugar 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 pinch of salt Broth(If you don’t have bouillon or fresh water) Preparation First we will have to peel off the prawns’ shell and cleave the black line on the back, wash them until they’re clean. Chop the ingredients, chili, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir leafs and mushrooms. Boil the soup on high heat. Add the entire ingredients. Add the prepared prawns when it’s boiling. Turn off the stove then season the soup with lime juice(Tip: you will have to never add lime juice into boiling water, it could make the soup tastes bitter.)
