Pancake Mixing Directions: 1 cup Pancake Mix; 3/4 cup cold water; 7-8 5-inch pancakes. 2 cups Pancake Mix; 1-1/2 cup cold water; 12-14 5-inch pancakes. 3 cups Pancake Mix; 2-1/4 cup cold water; 20-22 5-inch pancakes. Preparation Instructions: Mix powder with water until mix is completely moist. Batter must be moderately lumpy. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a 375 degrees F/190 degrees C griddle. Cook pancakes for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side or until edges start to dry. Turn only once. Enjoy!
